Notification date 19/09/2025: All eligible candidates from Assam and Bihar are informed that the information regarding the date of joining duty and the assigned district is already being processed and will be sent via email. The recipients are requested to acknowledge the receipt of the email and report to the relevant offices instructed in the email notification within 15 days from receiving the notice.
No legitimate candidate will miss receiving the email notification, but the timing of its arrival may vary, hence, it is advised to check email regularly until further notification. It is also stated that the assigned duty district will not be altered under any circumstances; any such request or non-responded to the email notification will be considered as violation of the rules and will be terminated from the process. (PUBLIC NOTICE): The management of Swachh Jal Mission has noticed that certain news has been published through some news channels/web portals on 16th July 2025 where some serious allegations have been made against the organisation. But after thorough investigation of the matter, it was found to be false and baseless.

The management believes that this may be a case of criminal conspiracy and an attempt to defame the reputation of the organisation, so an enquiry has been initiated to look in to the matter. Simultaneous action against defamers is also being considered.

We categorically state that Swachh Jal Mission or any of its office bearers do not indulge in any such activity which may harm the reputation of the organisation. We also request everyone to be cautious of such elements in the society who may commit fraud in the name of Swachh Jal Mission. If any such suspicious activity is noticed, please inform the Legal Department of Swachh Jal Mission at legalcell@sjmp.co.in.

Notification 16/05/2025:This is to inform all concern that, the Project for installation of water purification plant across the state of Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa will commence by the Month of June-July 2025.Therefore,

1. All the selected candidates are instructed to stay alert for the updated instructions to be disseminated through registered e-mail and SMS 7 days prior to joining duty.
2. All the empanelled vendors and civil contractors who have already received work orders are requested to contact the concerned official of the project for any updated information as soon as possible.
3. All the empanelled vendors and civil contractors who have received work orders are directed to submit the latest filed ITR and updated bank statements before proper execution of fund disbursement.
4. All the beneficiaries who have already been allotted micro plants are requested to keep their documents updated and cooperate with the visiting officials.
